Foundation had to be excavated and poured and walls framed to engineers’ specifications. Marvin windows and doors were installed throughout with a bifold door being installed in the kitchen leading out to the deck. KEENAN
Colm has worked in various construction roles from the age of sixteen in Ireland while also studying for his management degree. Since emigrating to the U.S. in 2013 Colm has worked as a carpenter for a number of companies building up his experience in the Bay Area construction industry. Colm has been managing projects ranging from bathroom/kitchen remodels, framing, retaining walls to multi-million dollar remodels. He is passionate about making his client's dream home become a reality. Colm has worked completing projects in the Bay Area for years specializing in residential work. His clients appreciate his ability to walk them through the project in detail, tactful communication, friendliness, building knowledge, and clear transparency. In his spare time, he likes watching/playing sports, going to the movies and cooking.

Rachel grew up in Marin County and knows the Bay Area very well. She loved growing up in this beautiful area. She spent over 15 years in Project Management, and Account Executive Management. Her corporate experience includes working with large companies such as Pokémon, Kaiser Permanente, and Dollar Shave Club. She values clear expectations, prompt follow up, listening to her client, and building trusting relationships. In her spare time she likes volunteering by helping others, the environment and animals, hiking with Trixie her dog, and traveling.
